Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our construction and commissioning projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading technical project delivery teams, with strong skills in stakeholder management, customer engagement, and program and project management.

About the Role:

- Lead a team of construction specialists to ensure fit-for-purpose construction of projects
- Manage the portfolio planning in the execution and commissioning of infrastructure delivery programs of works
- Achieve a balance in project delivery between technical and commercial outcomes

About You:

You are a passionate people leader, successful in managing large teams in delivering large and critical infrastructure projects. Your key areas for success include:

  • Recognised as an engaging and collaborative manager through care and focus on creating purpose and belonging for your people
  • Knowledge and experience in program and project management, including defining delivery methodology, implementation, reporting and evaluation to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • An understanding of the electricity industry or other heavy industry sector to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications:

Tertiary level qualifications in engineering or project management, or significant leadership experience in program or project delivery of complex large-scale infrastructure projects.
