This is your chance to step into a client-side Project Manager role where you'll take ownership across the full project lifecycle—from design through to delivery—while working on some of Australia's most exciting aviation projects.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Aviation team. This role is perfect for a Junior Project Manager or Contract Administrator ready to step up, or an experienced PM looking to develop their project experience in the aviation sector.

Your day-to-day:

  • Manage projects from design through to delivery
  • Oversee design briefs, tender documents, and contractor/consultant engagement
  • Lead contract administration with a focus on time, cost, and quality
  • Coordinate the design and delivery of projects with complex staging, multiple stakeholders, and tight timeframes
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including councils and airport authorities
  • Deliver programs of work on time, with clear reporting to clients

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Junior/Assistant PM or Contract Administrator, in civil or construction projects
  • Strong design management skills across concept and detailed phases
  • Contract administration and project delivery experience
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and approvals management
  • A relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Architecture

You'll stand out if you have:

  • Aviation project experience (but not essential)
  • Civil earthworks and in-ground services knowledge
