Health Safety Environment Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to join our team on a permanent position based in South Perth, WA.

This role will be working on a secured contract with a major oil and gas distributor, providing advice and support to site management and driving improvements in HSE performance through alignment and delivery of programs, and identification and management of HSE risks across the contract.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in HSE roles in high-risk industries, excellent knowledge of relevant HSE legislation, and demonstrated capability to develop and implement HSE management systems.

The successful applicant will also be able to lead incident investigations, reporting, and presenting outcomes, manage multiple competing stakeholder demands in a time-critical environment, collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team, and be open to travel supporting a network of terminals in Western Australia.

About You:

  • At least 5 years' experience in HSE roles in high-risk industries (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical).
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant HSE legislation.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and implement HSE management systems.
  • Ability to lead incident investigations, reporting, and presenting outcomes.
  • Experience in managing multiple competing stakeholder demands in a time-critical environment.
  • Collaborative mindset as part of a supportive high-performing team.
  • Open to travel supporting a network of terminals in Western Australia.
