Cutting Specialists Wanted

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in the Further Processing Meat Facility based in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for stable, ongoing employment in the ever-growing meat industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Meat Preparation and Trimming: Cutting/trimming meats to specifications using manual and mechanized tools.
  • Marination Process: Preparing marinated meats according to recipes and guidelines.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Using correct products to prevent food poisoning and contaminated product.
Requirements:
  • Certification: Hold Cert III Meat Processing qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Flexibility: Able to work early morning shifts (4am-5am) as required.
  • Cold Room Work Environment: Comfortable working in cold room environments up to 10 degrees Celsius.
  • Reliability and Work Ethic: Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to meet production deadlines.
