Meat Cutter Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated meat cutter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cutting, trimming, and preparing various meat products to customer specifications
  • Providing excellent customer service, offering advice and recommendations on meat selection
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3rd year apprentice butcher or more with strong understanding of meat cutting techniques and food safety
  • Exceptional customer service skills, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
