Senior Project Coordinator Role

We are a leading provider of integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business.

  • We deliver multi-disciplinary project delivery with capabilities for delivering Brownfields and Greenfield CAPEX or OPEX work packages.
  • We have a proven track record of successfully completing high-volume project packages for our client base.
About the Job:
  • You will be responsible for supporting HSE best practice and conducting risk assessments prior to mobilisation.
  • You will consolidate project tracking against project schedule and budgets.
  • You will review completed site quality documentation and compile close-out documentation for clients.
  • You will monitor procurement to ensure work crews have all necessary plant, equipment, and materials required to conduct works accordingly from the start.
  • You will capture all variations and project claims.
  • You will guide and mentor project leadership in technical and construction practices to build overall productivity.
  • You will estimate and general project management of minor projects and/or package management of SMP scope on major projects.
Requirements:
  • You will have a relevant Trade or Engineering qualification.
  • You will have a minimum 5-years' experience in a management, coordination, or senior supervisory position.
  • You will have strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and other industrial construction projects.
  • You will have experience completing CMS documentation for on-site personnel and equipment.
  • You will have experience in a multidisciplinary project environment.
  • You will be able to manage and execute end-to-end deliverables on multiple projects.
  • You will be flexible and able to work away as required.
  • You will hold a current Australian Drivers Licence.
