Cold Store Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our cold store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large diverse workforce, ensuring safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading and engaging a team of staff to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the cold store
- Maintaining control of all aspects of the department's operations from product receipt to dispatch
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Managing and developing the skills of the team members
- Reviewing audit reports and implementing corrective action as required
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar environment
- Strong business acumen and financial management knowledge
- Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and motivate a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a focus on continuous improvement
