Area Manager Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-rounded retail leader to join our team in NSW.

The Position:
  • Oversee store management and visual presentation to achieve profitable sales growth through staff development and implementation of short and long term goals.
  • Lead by example, setting management expectations across your team and managing performance.
  • Train, mentor, and coach Team Members to work towards strategic objectives and succession planning.
  • Manage key financial indicators to deliver business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Regularly visit stores to develop teams and ensure they meet performance standards for current and future growth.
  2. Recruit, induct and train management talent to build bench strength for future expansion.
  3. Lead the team to deliver consistency in business intelligence.
  4. Manage customer experience standards in store.
About You:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Area Management in a high-turnover retail environment.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced and similar retailer.
  • Leadership skills to train, coach and develop your team.
  • A proven track record of driving and exceeding set KPIs while motivating stores to achieve their targets.
