Lease Manager Role

This role involves overseeing lease negotiations, ensuring compliance and analyzing market trends to provide strategic insights.

To be successful, you will need strong administrative skills, proficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of legal processes, leases and legislation. Experience with franchises and a proven customer service orientation are also essential.

A national-scale experience in commercial/retail property management is desirable but not necessary, as long as you have exposure to leasing. You should also have knowledge of commercial governance, financial reconciliation, leasing and contracts, and strong negotiation skills.
