Job Description:

We envision a world where innovative infrastructure empowers communities and drives long-term prosperity. As an Electrical Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering large-scale projects that make a lasting impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical leadership on major projects across Healthcare, Defence, Industrial, Transport, Infrastructure, and Power sectors.
  • Managing a team of Electrical Engineers and mentoring them to develop their skills while overseeing project pipelines, resource planning, and work-sharing.
  • Leveraging your expertise to enhance technical capabilities within the electrical engineering team and resolve complex queries and challenges on projects.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 15+ years' experience in Electrical Engineering with extensive experience designing and delivering Building Services projects across Australia.
  • An Electrical Engineering Degree alongside appropriate membership and accreditation (CPEng and RPEQ).
  • Outstanding technical capability within Electrical Engineering, including knowledge of Australian standards, building codes, and regulatory frameworks and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
  • A firm commitment to sustainability principles and engineering best practices.
  • Australian Citizenship or eligibility for Defence Security Clearance is essential due to the nature of the projects.
