Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient transfers with a high level of care and attention to detail, adhering to our clinical governance and medical oversight framework.
- Follow operational directions from the dispatch team to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of transfers using our bespoke customer booking system.
- Assist with supervising student clinical placements and facilitate their learning experience.
- Perform vehicle cleaning and maintenance tasks in accordance with our operating procedures.
- Meet customer contractual KPIs and contribute to the overall success of our team.
We are looking for a team player with a caring and compassionate nature, who can work independently and collaboratively to achieve common objectives. You will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Requirements- Minimum of Certificate III Non-emergency Patient Transport or higher.
- Certificate IV Health Care, Diploma of Emergency Health Care, or Bachelors of Paramedical Science are highly regarded.
- Hold an unrestricted C-class driver's licence and drive safely and reasonably.
- Current WA working with children check and national police clearance.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Vaccination as per government guidelines for healthcare workers.
- Physically fit to provide patient transport services.
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
