This is a permanent full-time opportunity to lead the overall operations at our warehouse site. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for assigning, planning and delegating work flow activities of the warehouse to ensure efficient and accurate processing of container deposits with minimum damage from handling.

The ideal candidate will have well-rounded knowledge and experience relevant to the role and proven people leadership skills. You will provide a safe environment for workers and visitors, ensuring that workplace health and safety procedures are understood and practiced always.

Responsibilities include monitoring and coordinating bulk bin collections and safe truck movements on site by service partner, coordinating repairs, cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment, scheduling and overseeing the disposal of rejected containers or other waste items as appropriate, and demonstrating team leadership via regular communication and attention to quality assurance and consistently high standards of performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need demonstrated experience as Warehouse supervisor; proven leadership skills, excellent organisational skills, demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety and effective implementation of safety procedures, proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale (POS) systems, and current Driver Licence and Forklift Licence.
