Warehouse Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the overall warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of container deposits with minimum damage from handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and delegate work activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Ensure a safe environment for workers and visitors by implementing effective WHS procedures.
  • Coordinate bulk bin collections and truck movements on site.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repairs of warehouse equipment.
  • Schedule the disposal of rejected containers or other waste items.
  • Lead the team through regular communication and quality assurance checks.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as Warehouse Supervisor; proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective understanding and implementation of WHS procedures.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale systems.
  • Current Driver Licence and Forklift Licence.
