New Graduate Radiographers will be employed in Hunter New England Imaging to deliver high-quality Diagnostic Medical Imaging services in accordance with National registration, professional practices, standards, and policies of the Imaging Department specific to Hunter New England Local Health District.
- The successful candidate will work within a shift roster, providing general imaging services including modalities such as intra-operative fluoroscopy, mobile x-ray, and fixed fluoroscopy.
- CT training will vary according to the requirements at each site.
- Maitland-based graduates may also participate in the role of Upper Hunter Relief Radiographer, requiring temporary residence near an Upper Hunter Hospital site to provide leave relief and on-call services.
Candidates will be supported by Senior Radiographers, Assistant Chief Radiographers, and Chief Radiographers at each site.
