About the Role

This challenging opportunity will be based in Rockhampton QLD and involve providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering, performing property inspections, research and preparation of property sales and data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

About You
  • You have a strong background in residential valuation and excellent communication and business development skills. A Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications is preferred.
  • You hold CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential valuation space, coupled with strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
  • You possess excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills, along with a team-first mentality.
