**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications Manager to join our team in Sydney. This role will be responsible for managing the communications and marketing strategy and implementation for a portfolio of the firm's key sectors and the Sydney office.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as a business partner for a portfolio of key sectors, developing strong relationships with leaders and teams members across the firm.
  • Lead the proactive planning and delivery of content marketing strategies for portfolio areas, aligned to firm strategy and business objectives.
  • Take a senior role in the development and delivery of priority internal communication projects, including working with C&M leaders, the Sydney office Managing Partner and other senior leaders.
  • Partner with the Business Development and client experience teams to identify content opportunities based on the client journey.
  • Mentor junior team members and support the Senior Manager, Communications with team pastoral care.

**Requirements**

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, public relations or a related field.
  • Previous experience within a similar role, preferably within professional services.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • The ability to develop rapport at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • High-level interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
