About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications & Marketing Manager to join our team at QinetiQ Limited. As a key member of our Communications Function, you will be responsible for developing and executing proactive, integrated communication strategies and plans for all campaign opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute communications plans to support growing understanding and support amongst all audiences, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful outreach across multiple channels.
  • Provide strategic communications advice across all emerging issues and opportunities.
  • Write and edit high-quality content for a variety of communications channels, including blogs, emails, messages, newsletters, all-hands sessions, podcasts, and more.
  • Lead QinetiQ Australia Sector's presence at Tier 1 Events and Exhibitions, ensuring the execution and production of high-quality events from conception through to completion.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and relevant Capture and Business Winning Excellence stakeholders, providing strategic advice and support.
  • Develop and implement metrics to evaluate and continuously improve internal communications and engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and/or related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable brand and campaign strategies.
  • Thrives in environments where there is a high need for collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple projects, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience of working in a company that operates across multiple countries, time zones, cultures, and languages.
  • Availability to travel domestically on a regular basis.
