Veterinary Clinic Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our veterinary clinic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including employee matters, customer experience, and financial performance.

About the Role- Oversee operational and people matters within the clinic
- Lead employee matters including recruitment, workforce planning, rosters, health and wellbeing, recognition awards, people performance, training and development
- Be engaged in customer experience and client loyalty activities
- Manage financial performance of the clinic, stock control, procurement, accounts, budgets, and profit and loss
- At least 2 years in a practice leadership or head nurse role in a veterinary or animal related field
- Committed to high standards of service excellence and clinical care
- Experience with practice management systems or appointment book management skills
- Strong problem solving, decision making and organisational skills
- Good understanding of people and employment obligations
- Good knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
