Veterinary Clinic Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to lead our Noosa teams.
Our Noosa Civic practice is a leading clinic providing premium pet care services. We operate amongst the Noosa Shopping Centre in a friendly and experienced team of Veterinarians, Nurses.
We are a busy practice, with 4 consulting rooms, separate dental theatre, ISO Ward and access to all equipment of the Emergency Centre operating next door.
About Your New Role
- Full-time position managing day-to-day operations including stock management, people management, rostering, and client records.
- Leading and developing your team and building a positive work environment.
- Maintaining monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Driving business growth through local marketing initiatives.
- Delivering exceptional service and care to patients and owners.
About Your Skills & Experience:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with Senior Nurse or Practice Management experience.
- Strong leadership, team building skills, coaching team members and fostering a positive culture.
- Experience with Rx Works.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills.
- Good business acumen and organisational skills.
