Legal Counsel Job Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to join our hybrid team as a Legal Counsel. You will engage in a wide range of work that drives the business forward, collaborating with a strategic partner to provide expert guidance across legal, regulatory, and commercial functions.

In this role, you will possess strong commercial judgment and ability to assess risk quickly, confident communication skills, and experience in-house with exposure to governance or company secretarial work. You will review and negotiate various contracts, including customer, procurement, consultancy, IT, sponsorship, and leases. Your duties will also include providing legal advice across commercial, consumer, IP, corporate, and property matters.

We are looking for a qualified lawyer, admitted to practice in Australia, with a Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent. Telco or ASX-listed company experience is a plus, but not essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent
  • Admission to practice in Australia
  • Experience in-house with exposure to governance or company secretarial work
