**Job Title:** Governance Advisor
We are seeking a skilled professional to support the governance requirements of our organization. As a Governance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position where you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement effective governance strategies.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining project governance reports, systems, and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
- Another key aspect of this role is supporting the preparation of owner's requirements that provide us with the tools and governance to control, monitor, report, and manage project objectives and risks.
- You will also analyze the current status of project governance processes and information environments and assist with improvements to meet our current and future business needs.
- Governance Support: Provide expert advice on governance requirements and promote a common understanding of our risk and compliance processes and associated information assets.
- Process Management: Update and maintain relevant registers and required business processes relevant to both Sunwater and the Project Alliance.
- Communication: Develop and present high-quality reports and findings to senior leadership, including the Board and executive leadership team.
- A tertiary qualification in governance / assurance or related discipline or have 5 + years' experience in a governance and/or compliance related role.
- Excellent process management expertise: Experience updating and maintaining relevant registers and required business processes relevant to both Sunwater and the Project Alliance.
- Tech savvy: Provide technical expertise on governance requirements and promote a common understanding of Sunwater's risk and compliance processes and associated information assets.
- Effective communicator: Excellent communication skills with a knack for writing and presenting quality reports and findings to senior leadership, including the Board and executive leadership team.
