Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ICT Engineer who can spearhead innovative design solutions to drive business outcomes and shape the future of our clients' operations.

  • Provide technical support for various offices and projects across Australia, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documents, specifications, drawings, and tenders, along with providing construction service support including testing and commissioning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, execute projects efficiently, and participate in business development initiatives.
  • Support junior staff members, provide guidance and mentorship, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Offer expert advice and support to clients and internal stakeholders on technical queries and issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent training in networking, computer science, cyber security, etc.
  • Excellent customer focus skills, providing bespoke solutions tailored to individual needs.
  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering structured cabling systems, backbone fibre and copper, MATV/IPTV systems, DAS, ICN, IP telephony systems, active networks, wireless design, WiredScore assessors, digital signage, large-scale AV systems, data centres, and Defence ICT design.
