Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our ICT systems and infrastructure.

This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills to ensure the smooth operations of all critical ICT systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing network and server infrastructure, providing excellent communication, troubleshooting, and support through Help Desk, as well as collaborating with the Head of ICT to ensure technology systems are reliable, secure, compliant, and responsive to the needs of both students and staff.

In order to succeed in this role, the candidate must have relevant rights to work in Australia and experience with ICT systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop network and server infrastructure
  • Provide excellent communication, troubleshooting, and support through Help Desk
  • Collaborate with the Head of ICT to ensure technology systems are reliable, secure, compliant, and responsive
