Senior Practitioner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our organisation. This pivotal role plays a central part in maintaining high standards of clinical governance and professional practice across the organisation.

  1. Clinical Supervision and Mentoring:

    Providing expert guidance and support to staff to ensure they deliver high-quality services.

  2. Clinical Governance:

    Guiding processes and contributing strategic input to ensure the delivery of safe and effective therapeutic interventions.

  3. Staff Development:

    Supporting staff growth and fostering a safe environment for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accountable, competent, and effective professional supervision and clinical development support across the organisation.
  • Work closely with management and Service Managers to promote staff well-being and ensure ethical practice aligned with our values.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or FDR.
  • Significant high-level experience in therapeutic interventions, case management, or dispute resolution services.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision and mentoring, complex case management, risk assessment, ethical decision-making, and applying trauma-informed approaches.
