Two industry experts are at the helm: Andrea Gualdi, formerly founder of Maybe Sammy, and Ian Curley, one of Melbourne's most celebrated Chefs.

We're looking for skilled professionals to join our team as Mixologists who can deliver an exceptional customer experience. They must be able to meet all guests' needs while building meaningful connections and relationships that keep them coming back.

Job Requirements

About the Role:

  • Develop extensive knowledge of bar items, methods of preparation, and prices.
  • Master proper shaking, mixing, and stirring techniques using required equipment.
  • Familiarize yourself with the surrounding area, events, and directions to enhance guests' local experiences.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
