Thornbury Taphouse is seeking a full time bar manager and also have part time and casual positions available for wait staff and bar staff. All positions are for an immediate start.

BAR MANAGER - IMMEIDATE START

We are looking for a full time manager to help develop, lead and move our business forward. The position is available for an immediate start.

Our bar manager will have:

- Demonstrated bar manager or supervisor experience.
- An in depth understanding and clear passion and enthusiasm for the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and lead a team by example.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with staff and customers and a passion for exceptional customer service.
- Understanding and experience in adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
- A strong knowledge of POS, staff rostering and venue booking systems.
- Cocktail knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of beverage delivery systems.
- Barista experience is desirable.

BAR, COCKTAIL and WAIT STAFF - IMMEDIATE START

We are seeking experienced bar and/or cocktail staff and wait staff for part time and casual positions. Full time may also be available for the right person. Work is ongoing and a roster is available a month in advance. The ability to work on Friday and Saturday nights and some Sundays are highly desirable. A passion for the industry and customer service is a must
