Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality service delivery, and compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and Production
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the manufacturing process to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Organize staff on a daily basis, including general office duties such as quoting, receiving of monies, and conversing with customers.
- Operation and maintenance of the machinery used in the production of bottled water and ice.
- Organize delivery drivers for the distribution of our products throughout Central Australia.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Provide good customer service and communication skills.
- Converse with clients in a friendly, relaxed manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Keep logged maintenance of machinery.
Requirements
- Qualifications and Experience
- Current driver's license and MR license.
- Physically fit, clean, and neat appearance.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
