Social Impact & Inclusion Program Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to lead our Social Impact & Inclusion Programs.

  • Oversight of multiple social impact and inclusion programs to ensure alignment with our purpose and strategic goals.
  • Leadership of program and financial reporting across all social impact and inclusion initiatives, including budget planning, tracking, and reporting rhythms.
  • Strengthening governance frameworks to support informed decision-making and project delivery.
  • Analysis of data insights and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased impact.
  • Translation of organisational goals into measurable actions and tracking of delivery to time and budget.
About You:

The successful candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in business, social impact, public policy or a related field, as well as demonstrated experience in program or project management in human services, education, health, or community sectors.

A high-level proficiency in Excel is essential, with the ability to perform complex formulas and reporting. Strategic thinking and operational focus, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a collaborative working style are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of social impact and inclusion programs.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve program outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Analyse data and provide insights to inform program decisions.
