Sales Growth Expert

Role Overview

This is a high-performing sales leadership role that focuses on driving growth through market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and executing go-to-market sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic sales planning, commercial acumen, stakeholder communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and motivating sales teams to deliver results
  • Driving revenue growth through market analysis and new opportunity identification
  • Designing and executing go-to-market sales strategies that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Building and strengthening client relationships to increase recurring revenue and retention
  • Representing the company at industry events and key client meetings
  • Managing the preparation of compelling tenders, proposals, and submissions
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing sales staff to foster a high-performance culture
Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership, ideally within technology or managed services
  • A proven record of growing teams, exceeding revenue targets, and driving recurring service sales
  • Strategic sales planning and commercial acumen
  • Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in CRM/reporting tools and data analysis
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams
