About This Opportunity- Our ideal candidate will possess strong retail leadership skills, with the ability to set goals, targets, and manage team performance on an ongoing basis.
- They will also have a keen understanding of visual merchandising principles and be able to collaborate effectively with the team to ensure a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
- A key aspect of this role is modeling exceptional customer service and coaching others to deliver the same level of quality.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate professional communication skills when resolving complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring the safety of customers and team members is a top priority.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
- Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Model and coach excellent customer service standards to team members.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the store.
