Genesis Fitness Club, a part of Belgravia Leisure, is excited to introduce the role of Transformational Movement Coach for our Reformer Pilates team in Coffs Harbour. We are launching a new timetable and seeking motivated individuals to join us.


Salary Information


The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary per session, along with a complimentary membership to enjoy our facilities, including pools, spa, sauna, over 100 Group Fitness classes, and gym access.


Key Responsibilities


We seek a Transformational Movement Coach who can effectively interact with participants from diverse backgrounds, ages, abilities, cultures, and needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and work collaboratively as a valuable team member.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • A bright, cheerful, and encouraging approach when instructing and engaging with class participants.
  • Certificate III in Fitness.
  • Certificate in Reformer Pilates.
  • Current fitness registration.
  • Able to plan and organize classes within the facility's program timetable.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent).
  • National Police Check.
