**Position**: Exercise Physiologist

**Location**:Salisbury, South Australia

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' fitness levels, medical history, and goals.
- Develop individualised exercise programs tailored to clients' needs, taking into consideration any medical conditions or limitations.
- Implement safe and effective exercise protocols that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Guide and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to prevent injuries and maximize results.
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness programs.
- Collaborate with other health professionals within the team to create integrated wellness plans.
- Stay current with the latest research and trends in exercise physiology.
- Maintain accurate and organised client records and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology.
- Certification from a recognized professional organisation (ESSA).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise prescription.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and client-centered approach to coaching and motivation.
- Ability to adapt and customise exercise programs for diverse populations.
- Familiarity with medical conditions and their implications on exercise.
- A genuine passion for health promotion and helping clients reach their goals.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
