The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administration and Team Support Professional to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing exceptional support to senior staff and the management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, coordinate, and process ASIC Company Statements, including invoicing and minutes
  • Process all ASIC lodgements, including company registrations, shares transfers, shareholders, company address and name updates, de-registrations, minutes, and share certificates
  • Conduct company and title searches
  • Maintain internal systems and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and correspondence
  • Prepare and maintain databases, scanning, emailing, and filing
  • Perform general office support duties and provide PA support to Partners
  • Manage diaries and schedules

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administration within an accounting practice
  • Proficiency in MYOB, BGL, ASIC, and ATO portals
  • Familiarity with ASIC forms and requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with XERO is highly regarded, although not essential
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
