Role Overview

The Cloud Service Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by acting as the central point of ownership for cloud services. This position focuses on managing customer expectations, aligning processes, and driving optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a single point of ownership for cloud services.
  • Oversee the migration of customer workloads onto the cloud service.
  • Act as a key point of contact and escalation for migration issues.
  • Align customer and service processes to support seamless delivery.
  • Lead regular service review meetings to ensure services meet customer expectations.
  • Advocate for customer needs, including feature requests for service roadmap enhancements.
  • Deliver financial and capacity optimisation insights to improve service efficiency.

Requirements and Experience

  • Proven experience in service management, preferably within a Defence context.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and process alignment.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and address escalations effectively.
  • Experience in cloud service migration and financial/capacity optimisation is highly desirable.
