  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving business objectives
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Monitor sales and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
