Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic corporate communications plans to support business objectives and employee engagement.
- Provide trusted reputational counsel to senior leaders and stakeholders, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communication campaigns, leveraging your expertise in corporate communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government, and community groups.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business strategy, industry trends, and market conditions.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in corporate communications, reputation management, and crisis communications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic communications plans, with a focus on reputation management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, with a proven ability to influence and negotiate.
