Job Title: Dynamics 365 Principal Consultant

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate and maintain quality documentation
  2. Maintain sound ticket hygiene
  3. Undertake resolution of bugs and incidents
  4. Be responsible for coding, unit testing and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based solutions
  5. Design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform based solutions
  6. Develop, configure, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  7. Develop reporting and integrations as part of the solution
  8. Provide technical analysis, resolution and troubleshooting of solutions provided to the customers
  9. Gain understanding of customer's needs and collaborates with other team members to complete design and testing documentation
  10. Provide technical input in creating functional specifications when customisations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics solutions are needed
  11. Assist with internal projects as required
  12. Provide end user training
  13. Manage and meet customer expectations
  14. Initiate activities related to continuous improvement
