About The Role

We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Assistant in Hampton who loves retail and wants to make a difference. As a Sales Assistant, you will support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and provide an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
  • Collecting, sorting, and pricing donations in store;
  • Assisting in the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation;
  • Providing exceptional customer service;
  • Displaying stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure;
  • FOLLOWING Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures;
  • Demonstrating TSA core values in all work-related activities.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience. A supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development. A chance to make a real difference in the lives of others.

About You

We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on individual with a proven track record of providing extraordinary customer service. Previous experience in retail sales is highly regarded, but not essential. What is essential is your passion and ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex and rewarding retail environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales (not essential);
  • Ability to work a rolling roster including weekends;
  • Preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills;
  • Solid technical skills.
