About the Role

Our team provides a collaborative environment with top-tier equipment, including plating systems, neuro Burr devices, THR machines, and Interlocking Nail System technology. As part of a network of veterinary professionals, you'll join a community committed to clinical excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic roadmap for the surgical department
  • Manage caseloads and oversee the surgical team
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure optimal patient care
  • Mentor and guide interns and team members
  • Perform surgeries in orthopaedic, soft tissue, neurologic, and emergency cases
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and uphold core values

Required Qualifications

  • Diplomate or equivalent status in Small Animal Surgery (ACVS/ECVS/FANZCVS)
  • Eligibility for Specialist Registration with the Australian Veterinary Board Council
  • A team-oriented individual with a passion for high-quality patient care
