Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability and supply of tool-store requirements for customer sites, as well as assisting with basic on-site customer enquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing, sourcing, and planning tooling and consumables to meet customer demands
  • Assisting with opportunities to maximise equipment utilisation
  • Ensuring tooling and equipment is in good working order ready for hire
  • Managing the dispatch and retrieval of tooling and equipment
  • Conducting stock takes and recording inventory data electronically, reporting as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Familiarisation with Take 5's and JSEA's
  • Current drivers and forklift high-risk license
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, time management, and organisational skills
  • Trade qualifications welcome but not essential
