Theatre Bookings Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Theatre Bookings Clerk to join our team in a permanent part-time role. As a key member of our perioperative services team, you will be responsible for managing theatre bookings and maintaining accurate patient information data.

- Handling enquiries with a friendly and professional manner">
- Managing clerical and administrative responsibilities such as theatre bookings and maintenance of theatre lists">
- Maintaining accurate and timely patient information data collection and inputting into webPAS (web-based patient administration system)">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role in a private hospital environment">
- Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and webPAS">
- Good communication and customer service skills">
- Working with Children check">
- Commitment to service excellence">
- Ability to prioritise and organise work, with minimal supervision">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment">
- High level attention to detail">
- Previous experience with health insurance (desirable)">
