The Theatre Bookings Clerk will be responsible for managing theatre bookings and maintaining accurate patient information data collection.
This role involves handling enquiries with a friendly and professional manner, managing clerical and administrative responsibilities, and assisting clinical staff with indirect patient care and administrative tasks.
- Managing theatre bookings and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the theatre department.
- Maintaining accurate and timely patient information data collection and inputting into webPAS (web-based patient administration system).
- Handling enquiries with a friendly and professional manner and providing excellent customer service to patients and their families.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in a similar role in a private hospital environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- High level attention to detail and ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
