Cleaning Supervisor Opportunity at Cater Care Australia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Cater Care Australia, a leading provider of hospitality and catering services. This permanent full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our team in Alice Springs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery by supervising and coordinating the cleaning staff.
  • Train and Mentor Cleaning Team Members: Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to cleaning team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and Implement Cleaning Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure effective and efficient cleaning operations.
  • Monitor Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked and functional cleaning operation.
  • Inspect and Maintain Cleanliness: Inspect designated areas to ensure they are properly cleaned and maintained, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Handle Maintenance and Repair Issues: Handle any maintenance or repair issues related to cleaning equipment, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations: Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, and ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of and comply with these regulations.
  • Report on Staff Performance and Operational Activities: Report on staff performance, operational activities, and any incidents as required, to ensure that management is informed and able to make data-driven decisions.
  • Assist with Recruitment and Communication: Assist with recruitment processes for new cleaning staff when necessary, and maintain open communication with management regarding any facility-related concerns or improvements.
