Job Title:

Barista Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Barista. This full-time position involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of beverage quality and consistency, and upholding excellent hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and serve customers in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Effectively handle orders, phone inquiries, reservations, and emails
  • Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standard
  • Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and café
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements:

  1. Relevant certification (AQF Cert III or above)
  2. At least 12 months of relevant employment experience
  3. Strong customer service skills
  4. Product knowledge and attention to detail
