About the role
We are seeking an experienced tyre technician to join our team at Mt Holland. The successful candidate will have a passion for challenges and thrive on the variety of work available.
- Diagnose tyre/rim/wheel conditions as required
- Remove and replace rim/wheel to vehicles, remove and replace tyres to rim/wheel as required
- Perform regular tyre inflation pressure checks, adjust and report to Supervisor
- Source technical information from relevant reference manuals, technical bulletins, and computer-based systems
- Initiate actions to prevent equipment non-conformance
- Set and maintain high housekeeping standards
- Carry out pre-start checks
About you
- Minimum 1 year experience in Mine Site based heavy tyre fitting
- Previous open cut mining experience in maintaining a heavy earthmoving fleet is essential
- HR drivers licence required
- Proven compliance and commitment to health and safety at all times
