Clinical Facilitator Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill Clinical Facilitator positions in our team. As a Clinical Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in guiding and resolving issues related to learners and clinical practice.

Key responsibilities include providing impartial advice, high-level communication skills, particularly in providing feedback, negotiation, and problem-solving. You will also work collaboratively with internal and external partners to maximise learning and facilitation for students and newly qualified nurses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
  • Registration with the relevant nursing board is also essential.
  • Additionally, you will need to demonstrate evidence of vaccination, including Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B.
  • Tuberculosis screening may also be required.
  • Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.
  • Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees.
