People Advisory Role

 

We are seeking an experienced advisor to fill a senior people advisory position. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering service excellence across the entire employee lifecycle, providing coaching and guidance to stakeholders.

The successful individual will be responsible for supporting various industries by working closely with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate employee information is provided for pay processing. They will also maintain accurate personnel and compensation records, ensuring all electronic filing is up-to-date, and implement compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing generalist advice on people-related matters, including industrial relations, employment, and performance management
  • Managing talent acquisition processes, preparing employment-related letters, contracts, and agreements
  • Supporting managers and employees with HR-related queries and issues

 

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in a similar P&C advisory role
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act
  • High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, accountability, organisation, and proactivity
  • Effective problem-solving and solutions-focused mindset
