About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join their enthusiastic and passionate allied health team in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing evidence-based intervention approaches and strategies that are holistic, client-centred, and outcome-driven
- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments
- Identifying and addressing restrictive practices
- Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans that meet the Disability Services Standards, Child Safety, NDIS, and other relevant legislative requirements
- Utilising a range of assessment tools and techniques to support clients and stakeholders
- Advocating for clients, carers, and families to enable choice and decision-making that supports independence and quality of life
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner with Framework Search & Select, you will enjoy:

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Current National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current driver's license valid within Australia
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., psychology, social work, occupational therapy, applied behaviour analysis, disability, health)
- Registration as a Proficient (or above) Practitioner under the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
- Up-to-date Immunisation History
