Agronomic Sales Manager

As a seasoned sales leader, you will spearhead the Rural Products operations, driving growth, exceeding sales targets, and delivering exceptional client service.
Your expertise across seeds, fertiliser & crop protection, stock feeds & supplements, and farming products will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, both in-store and over the phone.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Rural Products operations, including sales and inventory performance, branch staffing requirements, and providing value-added training with suppliers.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience leading dynamic sales teams and a background in agronomy or the rural industry.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and prepare profit and loss reports.
- Passion for building strong relationships, creating a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft suite and operating point-of-sale systems.
- Understanding of agriculture products, seasonal requirements, and market trends.
- A team player with great communication skills and a collaborative approach.
