Client Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our Financial Services Group (FSG) department. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of financial institutions, technology, and mid-market complex placements.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage client relationships at a broker level, collaborating with the Client Director and Industry Practice Group members to enhance the client experience and grow the industry portfolio.
- Support segment and industry practice group strategies alongside the National leadership team.
- Deliver a client-centric, cross-solution line approach to servicing clients, working in conjunction with key stakeholders to contribute to the strategic direction of Aon's Fintech and Digital Economy portfolio.
- Support and mentor junior team and industry practice group members.
- Work alongside Client Director and Sales team with business development opportunities, including policy wording health-checks, technical and claims commentary in tenders, and involvement in new business presentations.
- Design appropriate servicing and risk management solutions, identifying revenue enhancement opportunities within the designated portfolio.
- Continual business development within new and existing accounts to cross-sell the full spectrum of Aon services.
- Provide market insights and placement strategies to clients and colleagues.
- Manage essential interface with Client Service Support, Claims, and Broking team.
